Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital marketing services provided by Technical Kalyan (SEO, social media management, AI-based services, etc.).

2. Cancellation by Client

  • You may request cancellation of services at any time by notifying us in writing (email is acceptable).
  • If services are cancelled before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
  • If services are cancelled after work has started, you may be charged for the portion of work already completed. That portion will be calculated fairly, based on effort/time spent. The remainder (if any) will be refunded to you.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise.
  • Refunds will typically be issued within [X] business days of cancellation confirmation (for example, 7-14 days).
  • Any third-party costs that Technical Kalyan has incurred on your behalf (e.g. ad spend, tools, domains, etc.), which are non-refundable or already committed, may be deducted from your refund.

4. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once the full scope of work is delivered and accepted by the client, we do not offer refunds. For ongoing services (e.g. monthly SEO or social media), once one billing period is completed, that period’s fee is non-refundable.

5. Changes to Service Scope

If you ask us to change or expand the scope of services after we have begun work (for example adding extra tasks, increasing deliverables), those changes may incur additional fees. Such changes may also affect timelines and refunds may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Cancellation by Technical Kalyan

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service, or terminate a project if the work is abusive, unlawful, or for reasons beyond our control.
  • In such cases, if we cancel before delivering major work, you may receive a partial refund or pro-rated amount for undelivered services.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us immediately (email or through our support channel). We’ll do our best to address the issue. If resolution is not reached, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing other remedies.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
