2. Search engine results
Search engines decide which pages and businesses they show, in what order, and for which searches. Rankings, indexing, map-pack placement, organic traffic, calls, leads, sales and revenue depend on many factors we do not control, including:
- Changes to search engine algorithms, policies and result layouts.
- The strength and activity of your competitors.
- Your location, category, reviews, website and history.
- Your own decisions, such as whether recommended changes are made and when.
We use professional care and current best practice. We do not promise any particular ranking, position, traffic level or business result unless a specific, measurable commitment is written into your proposal.
3. Google Business Profile
Google alone decides whether a Business Profile is verified, suspended, reinstated or shown in Maps and the local pack, and whether a phone number or other details are displayed. We can prepare and submit information and appeals on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee Google’s decision or how long it takes.
4. AI search and generative answers
AI assistants and AI search features, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews, generate answers using their own models and data sources. Their answers can change from one day, user, location, wording or platform to the next.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) aim to make your business easier for these systems to find, understand and cite. We cannot guarantee that any AI system will mention, cite or recommend your business, or describe it in a particular way, unless a specific commitment is written into your proposal. Any “AI visibility score” we report is our own measurement based on test queries at a point in time. It is not a figure published by the AI platforms.
5. Social media and YouTube
Reach, views, followers and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube depend on each platform’s systems, your audience and your content. We do not use fake accounts, bots or paid engagement schemes that breach platform rules, and we do not guarantee a particular number of views, followers or interactions.
6. Third-party platforms and trademarks
Google, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Anthropic, Claude, Microsoft, Copilot and other names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners.

Each platform has its own terms and policies, which apply to your accounts. We are not responsible for how a platform operates, changes its features, or treats your account.

Marketing results also depend on market conditions, seasonality, your pricing and service quality, your budget, how quickly you approve and implement recommendations, the accuracy of the data available, and your website’s technical condition. Where we can see that one of these is limiting results, we will tell you.
