2. Project Scope
The scope of work for every project will be discussed before work begins.
Any request outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.
Project timelines depend on receiving all required information, approvals, website access, hosting access, Google Business Profile access, or any other credentials from the client.
Technical Kalyan is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed communication from the client.
3. SEO Disclaimer
SEO is an ongoing process, and no individual or agency can guarantee:
- First-page Google rankings
- #1 rankings
- AI search visibility
- Organic traffic increases
- Leads or sales
- Business growth
- Google Maps rankings
Search engine rankings depend on numerous factors, including:
- Competition
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Website quality
- Industry trends
- Client website changes
- Google policies
Technical Kalyan follows ethical SEO practices but does not guarantee specific ranking positions or business outcomes.
4. AI Chatbot Services
The following conditions apply to AI chatbot setup services:
- AI chatbot implementation may require third-party software, APIs, cloud platforms, hosting services, or subscription plans.
- Monthly or yearly subscription renewals required by third-party providers are solely the client’s responsibility.
- Technical Kalyan is not responsible for subscription fees, renewal costs, pricing changes, discontinued services, downtime, API limitations, or policy changes made by third-party providers.
- After successful chatbot setup and delivery, clients may report setup-related issues within 30 days (one month) of project completion.
- Support requests received after the 30-day period may be treated as a new service and additional charges may apply.
5. Google Business Profile Suspension Recovery
Technical Kalyan provides assistance with Google Business Profile suspension recovery based on Google’s published guidelines.
However:
- Google alone decides whether a Business Profile is reinstated.
- Technical Kalyan cannot guarantee profile reinstatement.
- The client must provide accurate business information and requested documentation.
- After successful reinstatement, clients may report service-related issues within 30 days (one month) of completion.
- Requests made after the 30-day support period may require a new service agreement.
6. Google Business Profile Phone Number Visibility Fix
Technical Kalyan will make every reasonable effort to restore the visibility of your business phone number on Google Business Profile.
However:
- Google controls Business Profile features and display.
- Permanent visibility of the phone number cannot be guaranteed.
- After the issue has been resolved, clients may report related issues within 30 days (one month) of completion.
- Support requested after the 30-day period may be considered a new service.
7. White Label SEO & Agency Partner Services
The following conditions apply to White Label SEO and Agency Partner services:
- Agency partners remain responsible for communication with their clients unless otherwise agreed.
- Technical Kalyan will maintain the confidentiality of all agency projects.
- Reports, strategies, and deliverables provided to agencies must not be resold as standalone products without permission.
- Third-party software, premium SEO tools, API costs, or subscriptions are the responsibility of the agency or client unless included in the proposal.
- Project timelines depend on timely approvals and communication from the agency.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
- Work may begin only after the agreed payment is received.
- Ongoing monthly SEO services must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
- Third-party expenses, advertising budgets, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, or licensing fees are non-refundable.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Provide timely approvals.
- Supply required access credentials.
- Maintain active third-party subscriptions where necessary.
- Review completed work promptly.
- Respond to requests for information without unnecessary delay.
Failure to provide necessary cooperation may delay project completion.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content, graphics, designs, documents, reports, SEO strategies, and materials published on Technical Kalyan remain our intellectual property.
You may not:
- Copy website content.
- Republish articles.
- Sell our materials.
- Modify our content.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Limited License
